The affected seek medical help, long term drug treatment is ineffective. Psychological methods for managing sleep problems, including cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia have been shown to be effective. A pilot study is being introduced, designed, and evaluated for effectiveness of education intervention. The focused therapy towards adult patients presenting with sleep problems due to lifestyle causes.
