Sleep Apnea Oral Appliance

Treating sleep apnea with the sleep apnea oral appliance known as the mouth guard is easy and inexpensive, much less expensive that the continuous positive airway machine (CPAP).  It is easier for people to commit to sleep apnea by oral treatment.

Symptoms of sleep apnea are but not limited to:

• Loud snoring

• Pauses in breathing

• Daytime fatigue

• Difficult to concentration

• Dry throat

Relief can be found by lifestyle change, such as reducing alcohol or losing so pounds.  As always, when dealing with difficult snoring cases, you should always see your doctor.  But, common treatment for snoring in most cases is an oral sleep apnea device.
