Insomnia, can’t stay asleep.

Waking up in the middle of the night is called sleep maintenance and could be caused by stress or depression. To ensure a good nights sleep, exercise in the early morning or afternoon. Try to position yourself for comfort rest, listen to soft music or read a book. If these strategies still do not work, do some chores around the house until the urge to sleep returns.
Avoid foods or activities that affect sleeping patterns, if problem persists contact your doctor for ways to best treat insomnia.
